Responsibilities: Meetings [client meetings, to include development of the initial scope, design review, presentations, selection of materials and products], Documents [develop preliminary pricing drawings, ability to work within zoning constraints, final contract and construction drawings], Trouble-Shooting [questions/problems during permitting, questions/problems during project construction], Supervisory/Administrative [track budgeted and expended work hours, manage projects within budgets meet deadlines].
